Overview of the arrivals and departures system :
Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
In the week before your arrival day, you will receive an email with the address, itinerary and entry codes for your flat.
Arrival time is from 2pm and departure before 11am. If you require an earlier arrival or a later departure, please contact us at reservation@leshauteursdelabaie.nc.
On your departure, the flat must be left in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived and used sheets and towels must be left on the bathroom floor.
Please lock the flat and return the keys to the key box with code.
We will be happy to meet you on the day or the day after your arrival to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.

Cancellation policy :
Cancellable rate: For stays of less than 30 nights, a full refund is possible up to 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellable rate: For stays of more than 30 nights, a full refund is possible up to 5 days before arrival.
Non-refundable rate: Refund possible if cancelled within 24 hours of booking – After 24 hours, no refund possible.
House Rules:
No smoking – except in private outdoor areas by closing the accommodation’s bay window.
No parties
Entry to the premises is from 2.00 p.m.
Les Hauteurs de la Baie is located in a very quiet area, so out of respect for your neighbours, we would ask you to keep noise to a minimum at all times of the day, particularly between 12pm and 2pm (nap time) and after 9pm.
Correct dress is required throughout the stay.
You also confirm that you are aware of :
- Free on-street parking is available.
- Use the air conditioning to sleep with the windows and doors closed. Give preference to the use of fans – the planet will thank you!
- Accommodation must be left in the same clean and tidy condition in which it was handed over.
Leave dirty linen (sheets and towels) on the floor in the bathroom. Someone will come by after your departure to change the linen and check the apartment.
Cleaning on departure is your responsibility, or you can request this service on arrival (pay option)
The time for vacating the accommodation on the day of your departure is 11.00 a.m. The keys to the accommodation must be returned to the key box after the accommodation has been locked. Thank you very much! 😊
