  • “The Oceanite’s Nest“: a studio for 2 people with an outdoor area equipped with a barbecue.
  • “Dugong Bay“: a 2-bedroom apartment for 3 people with a sea-view terrace.
  • “Cobalt Mountain“: a 3-bedroom apartment for 5 people with a lush green terrace, including a Jacuzzi.
  • “Cagou Forest“: a 3-bedroom apartment for 6 people with a deck, garden, and Jacuzzi where our animal friends are welcome.
  • “Fern Villa“: a top-floor 5-bedroom villa for 8 people with sea view, garden, and pool.

Good to know!

For getting around, bus stops on each side of the apartment and car rental agencies are a 10-minute walk from your door! We can also rent you electric bikes.

Are you arriving in New Caledonia to settle down? The apartment is close to the following schools: kindergartens (Montessori associative floating school, Les Lys, and Les Frangipaniers), primary schools (Public Eloi Franc, Yvonne Dupont), middle schools (Public Mariotti and private Catholic Cluny), high school (private Catholic Blaise Pascal), and we can provide you with accommodation certificates upon request.

Got excess baggage or want to share a piece of the “caillou” (local term for New Caledonia) with your friends? Head to the Receiving post office to send your postcards and parcels! You can also purchase your local SIM card there!

    Feeling adventurous?

    Meet at the squash club LE GALAP (10-minute walk), or at the Receiving tennis club (10-minute walk), or for water activities with Dimitri Waterproof. The younger ones won’t be left out with parks nearby (Brunelet 5 min and Orphelinat 20 min walk) and the Municipal Pool Jacques Mouren in Ouen-Toro (30 min walk). You can enjoy nearly 10 km of seaside walking between Baie des Citrons and the urban park of Sainte-Marie (with exercise equipment available throughout the route). If you prefer the forest, explore Ouen Toro – with a magnificent view from its summit, a starting point for paragliding! Along the Pierre Vernier Promenade, a protected cycle path (we can rent you electric bikes) takes you to the Sainte-Marie Urban Park, which kids love, with an Amorino ice cream parlor to serve you a snack for afternoon tea!

    Want tranquility?

    Meet up in the shade at Baie des Citrons for swimming/sunbathing (beach essentials provided in the dedicated closet of your rental) and at Anse-Vata for a day trip to Duck Island! If it’s raining, marvel at the underwater world at the aquarium! At Port Plaisance (10 minutes walk), the PANPURI Massage Center and the hairdresser will take care of you.

    The shopping malls (with supermarkets, bakeries, and stores) at Port Plaisance (10 minutes walk), Michel-Ange (20 minutes walk), and La Promenade (20 minutes) will hold no secrets for you!
